I have been on my spiritual psychological path since I began meditating in college. I have been trained in Silva Mind Control. I am an NLP Master Practitioner and a Reiki Master. In addition to the NLP training, I have received training in hypnosis. I have also been trained as an Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner and Instructor. I have many years of shamanic energy training, including graduation from Healing the Light Body School and trips to Peru to study with local shamans. I completed specialized training in Cranial Release Technique. I also attend periodical updating seminars to learn new variations and possibilities with this technique. Several years ago, I became interested in cranial sacral work. I immediately felt an infinite affinity for this field of study. I entered a mentorship program in Biodynamic Cranial Sacral work with Charles Ridley who is one of the pioneers and innovators in the Biodynamic development of Cranial Sacral work. I attend an annual gathering with my fellow biodynamic cranial sacral practitioners. We exchange information and sessions to continue our skill development and professional community.
I continue to explore other modalities and incorporate that information in my sessions.
I have always felt “most at home” when working in the energy healing arena. Though
I love many of the modalities of energy work, biodynamic cranial sacral work allows
me to access primal healing energy in a sacred dynamic relationship with my clients.
It is so rewarding to feel an energetic wellness response begin to move through
my client’s body, signaling the birth of new possibilities for my clients. This work
brings forth a deep resonant recognition from our Inner Stillness. Be Still and Know!
